I have to say, I had an amazing weekend with Kris. It was so fun to take him around the Vegas strip and thru the different hotels and casinos. We were inebriated for most of the day everyday, he experienced his first pee pool party, we walked a ton, ate when we remembered, laughed, he gambled, I shopped, and had a great time.  I really was, and still am surprised he chose Vegas for our trip. I feel like guys would want to go with their friends, but I’ll take it as a compliment he wanted to experience it with his mother! 

I booked our trip thru Expedia and for United nonstop flights and stay Friday thru Monday at Flamingo was $989.84. With the upgraded room $20 per night plus taxes, 2 days of room service, entry fee for pee pool party, $39.68 per day resort fee, came to an additional $318.36. Plus food, beverages, and shopping of course!

Quite a few times people asked if we were together…made me giggle, but not sure how Kris felt. Either I look really young, or he looks really old, I’ll go with I look really young! 

Friday we arrived at 955am so had all day to be tourists. Friday we walked 26,291. Saturday was the pool party and we walked 19,915. Sunday we walked 24,174. Not that I pay too much attention to my daily steps, but I like to look when we do a lot of walking. I wore wedges 2/3 nights walking, so I assume that is why my hamstrings and calves were so sore…

I was really surprised that Kris paid for a lot on our trip! Like really surprised! He paid for our Uber and taxi rides, at least half of our drinks, and I’m sure other miscellaneous stuff here and there. It was weird cuz I’m not used to that when I travel with Kayleen, might need to change that (:

I am really glad we are starting this yearly tradition because I feel like we had a really good time together. One of the days, I asked if he felt we bonded more on this trip, and ofcourse he says yes. Regardless, I believed him and was nice to hear! GURLS TRIP #1 IN THE BOOKS…Maybe I can get Kristefer to pay for 2019
