DENVER DAY 3: MOTOR SCOOTERS, EUFLORA, CHERRY CREEK MALL, VIEWHOUSE, MARQUIS PIZZA, GREAT DIVINE BREWING

I woke up and left the house to get some coffee and donuts at Beet Box again. Donuts and croissants are absolutely delish!

Angelica and Cesar told us about their fun scooter experience in Nashville where you download Bird, Lime, Lyft and look for a scooter in your area to rent for however long. We downloaded Lime, and found 4 scooters within a few blocks of each other. Eddie went to the furthest one, and Angela, Leo, and I went to find the other 3 that was within a block of each other. It’s kind of like a scavenger hunt finding the scooters, but we got the 1st one! Leo then left to grab the next one, and I zipped over to the other one. With Lime, you can’t reserve it, so it’s up for grabs. It was fun cuz I felt like we were playing a video game…until I saw the one we were looking for, just to see someone zip away with it…wahhhh…Lime didn’t have any near by, so we downloaded Bird to see if there was better luck. We found one real close by and quickly zipped over to it. When we located it, someone was trying to get it, but couldn’t cuz someone had already reserved it so he and my sister was SOL. As the 3 of us were trying to figure out what to do, we saw Eddie walking down the street and he was the one that reserved it! Apparently, you can reserve a scooter with Bird! So now we need one more….Finally was able to locate one, but it was a bit of a scooter ride. Sooo Angela hopped on the back of mine, held on to my shoulders for dear life, and headed over to find the scooter.

This is so much fun!! They go up to 15mph, and I was having so much fun zipping around! I think I need to buy one for I’m not sure for what lol, there’s no place for me to zip around to, oh well. Bye for now

We headed over to 16th street mall to meet Angelica and Cesar at Yard House for lunch before they head back home.

Across the street was another dispensary called Euflora so we went in. The doors to get in was super small and between two bigger stores, so you may miss it if you didn’t know it was there. We went in and took the elevator downstairs where we were greeted for our id’s. I love the smell of dispensaries!! It was a bit more expensive than Green Solution. For example a bar of chocolate at Green Solution was $19, same chocolate bar here was $25! Wonder why….I’d guess cuz we were in the 16th street mall where there would be higher traffic? Who knows lol..

Leo works in the logistics department of Crate and Barrel, so we made a trip to the store to visit. I could spend hours in Crate and Barrel, but I also feel like I need to be very observant of my surroundings so I don’t spill over any breakable displays. Every time I go in one, I feel like I need to buy and replace everything for my kitchen!

Across the street is Cherry Creek Mall, and walked around for a bit till we decided what was next.

Viewhouse looked like a good idea, so we Ubered it over for $4.45 plus tip. Ok, this place is super cute and fun! We went to the rooftop and found a table to sit and drink, and for Eddie and Leo to watch the Bears game.

Below us is a volleyball game, and other drunk game contests

I could’ve been here for the rest of the night, this was my kind of crowd! When we walked downstairs to get our free shot for following them on Instagram, there was a ton of people and dance music outside!

But we decided to walk over for some vegan pizza at Marquis Pizza, a block over where we were Saturday night for Denver Oktoberfest . I just got a slice of REAL DAIRY cheese, I’ve had plenty of vegan in the donuts this trip lol!

Great Divine Brewing is a few blocks away, and ready for another!

They had only a handful of beers on tap. I got a 4oz Colette Farmhouse Ale, and Eddie and Leo got a Velvet Yeti Nitro Stout.

Sigh…it was time to head back to start packing to leave tomorrow….It was an early night!
